About Hebrew Scouts Movement:

The award-winning Hebrew Scout Movement was founded in 1919 and is Israel’s first, largest, and most influential youth movement. 

The Movement employs around 240 people across Israel. Through informal education, the Movement prepares graduates for all life’s challenges. With approx 100,000 youths involved in the Movement and tribes located across Israel, the organisation employs people to educate youths, instil values, and develop a sense of community

Challenges:

The Movement grappled with efficiently delivering training programmes to its members, hampered by manual processes that consumed time and resources.

Having tried other learning management platforms with no success, the Movement continued to struggle to ensure the active participation of all members in training programs.
