Can I start onboarding new hires before their official start date?
Yes, you can create system users at any time, and assign tasks and training to be completed before a specified date.
It is also common to manage administrative assignments on users prior to their arrival, without the need to involve or notify the user.
User profiles can also be updated to match Active Directory (or other system), retaining pre-joining activity information.
