How long will it take to learn to use the Blossom Editor?
The learning time for operating the Blossom Editor is between an hour to four hours depending on the complexity of the products you want to create.

How long will it take to convert a presentation to Tutorial format?
Depending on length of presentation a thumb rule is 15 minutes for a presentation of 20 slides including Q & A.

I have a heavy media file that I want to insert in a few places in the lesson but I want the lesson to load fast, what should I do?
Each media item saved only once and the editor creates a link from resource bar to the relevant slides. In addition, you can create an external link for the media file (such as online video clip), thus minimizing the final size of the lesson.

My users studying through Smart Phones and tablets, how can they view the lessons?
Blossom's Editor can export the lessons in HTML 5 format which supported by almost any browser in the market.

Our enterprise data security is critical, how can I prevent traces of data from remaining on the user's computer?
The Viewing default of lessons created with Blossom Editor is by an active X player who downloads the files from the server computer memory to the user computer and leaves nothing on the user's computer after viewing.

As an E learning lessons creator I want to incorporate parts of a video clip and I don't have video editing tool, how can I do this?
The blossom editor allows editing and cutting segment of media to be incorporated in a lesson.

Can I run the lessons which had been created using the Blossom Editor and receive analysis of the outcomes?
lessons can be viewed from any computer or mobile phone, and full reports can be accessed through blossom management system.

Are the products created using Blossom Editor are SCORM compatible?
All products created using Blossom Editor compatible to SCORM 1.2, when the lessons are being distributed and monitored by the Blossom knowledge management and implementation system, then the level of reporting is higher then the required SCORM 2004 protocol.

Does the system require installation on the enterprise servers?
It's possible for sensitive information organizations, but also possible to use the system as a part of a cloud computing service, when it sits on our servers farm and can be accessed from any computer connected to the Internet worldwide.

The management system is required to interact with our organization ERP, HR and salary software's, is it possible?
Blossom system can interface to any SQL database or to export and import CSV data files using EXCEL.

Our organization has special needs that are not part of the default Blossom system, is it possible to fit the Blossom management system for our needs?
Yes, definitely, Blossom has a special department with programmer doing only customers customizations.
